Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All retail orders ship free within the continental United States. No coupon code or minimum purchase is required. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout to eligible standard orders delivered within the contiguous 48 states.

Most standard orders leave our Tennessee workshop within two business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this processing timeframe. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Bulk and wholesale orders are not included in the free-shipping offer and may be subject to separate shipping or freight charges. Any applicable charges will be confirmed before the order is processed.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or other destinations outside the continental United States, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping availability and costs. We currently do not ship internationally.

RETURNS

If your purchase from Sawyer's Mill arrives damaged in shipping and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.

Unless otherwise approved, Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
